Job summary

Bee Wise Behavior is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist to provide direct ABA therapy for children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders. You will work on treatment teams with BCBAs, implementing individualized ABA programming and collecting progress data in client homes and schools.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with RBT preferred; degrees in psychology/education/ABA are a plus.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • RBT certification preferred.
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, ABA, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Must pass background check.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized ABA programming supervised by BCBAs.
  • Execute behavior intervention plans directly with clients utilizing ABA intervention.
  • Implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
  • Apply principles of ABA to address behavioral challenges and promote positive behavior change.
  • Teach skills using discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching, modifying as needed.
  • Attend regular meetings, training, and opportunities to stay current on best practices in ABA.
  • Collect data on client behaviors and writing session notes within appropriate timeline.
  • Provide exceptional clinical services to ensure client progress.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
