Job summary

Bee Wise Behavior is seeking a dedicated ABA Therapist to implement individualized ABA programming under supervision, delivering services at client homes and schools while collecting data to track progress.

You will work within a treatment team led by BCBAs, ensuring adherence to plans and participating in ongoing training to stay current with best practices in ABA. must pass background check and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, ABA, or related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and part of a team.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Must pass background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programming supervised by BCBAs
• Execute behavior intervention plans directly with clients utilizing ABA intervention
• Implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Apply principles of ABA to address behavioral challenges and promote positive behavior change.
• Teach skills using discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching, modifying as needed
• Attend regular meetings, training, and stay current on best practices in ABA
• Collect data on client behaviors and scores / writing session notes within timeline
• Provide exceptional clinical services to ensure client progress
• Comply with all company policies and procedures

Every child has a treatment team consisting of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and behavior therapist to ensure the most comprehensive services are provided. BWB utilizes evidence-based interventions and principles of applied behavior analysis to help children reach their highest potential!
