Job summary

Bee Wise Behavior is seeking an ABA professional to implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision. You will work directly with clients in home and school environments, applying ABA strategies to promote positive behavior changes and skill development.

The role involves data collection, session note writing, and collaboration with a dedicated team to maintain high-quality clinical services. A background in ABA and driving flexibility support is preferred.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • RBT certification preferred
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, ABA, or related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Must pass background check
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized ABA programming supervised by BCBAs
  • Execute behavior intervention plans directly with clients utilizing ABA interventions
  • Implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals
  • Apply ABA principles to address behavioral challenges and promote positive behavior change
  • Teach skills using discrete trial and natural environment teaching, modifying as needed
  • Attend regular meetings, trainings, and stay current on best practices in ABA
  • Collect data on client behaviors and skills and write session notes within required timelines
  • Provide exceptional clinical services to ensure client progress
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
