Job summary

Bee Wise Behavior is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist to support children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders. You will implement ABA programming under BCBA supervision, collect data, and assist with treatment plans designed to promote meaningful progress.

The role involves working directly with clients in home and school environments, applying ABA methods, and participating in ongoing training to stay current with best practices in the field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, ABA or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programming supervised by BCBAs.
• Execute behavior intervention plans directly with clients utilizing ABA intervention.
• Implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Apply principles of ABA to address behavioral challenges and promote positive behavior change.
• Teach skills using discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching, modifying as needed.
• Attend regular meetings, training, and opportunities to stay current on best practices in ABA.
• Collect data on client behaviors and skills / writing session notes within appropriate timeline.
• Provide exceptional clinical services to ensure client progress.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
