Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking ABA Therapists/Behavior Technicians to deliver in-home ABA therapy for children aged 2-9 and to draft progress reports for senior staff. You will work in home-based settings, focusing on play-based, child-led learning and positive reinforcement to promote communication and social skills.

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavioral Therapists for children with autism, aged 2-9, in home-based settings. As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician, you will provide ABA therapy services to children at their homes, creating engaging and fun learning experiences, and drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.

Physical Requirements

• Maintain close, continuous proximity to clients throughout sessions.
• Respond quickly to elopement attempts and behavioral crises, including physical intervention when necessary.
• Perform prolonged standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and floor-level work.
• Provide continuous, uninterrupted supervision of clients throughout scheduled sessions.
