Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking enthusiastic Behavioral Therapists to provide ABA therapy to children with autism aged 2–9 in home, daycare and center settings. As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician, you will deliver therapy sessions and draft progress reports for senior health professionals.

We offer a sign-on bonus of $500 after 90 days, ongoing training from BCBAs, and a collaborative team dedicated to family-centered care and joyful, play-based learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field (ABA experience accepted).
• Must have a valid driver's license, a registered vehicle and active car insurance.

Physical Requirements

• Maintain close, continuous proximity to clients throughout sessions.
• Respond quickly to elopement attempts and behavioral crises, including physical intervention when necessary.
• Perform prolonged standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and floor-level work.
• Provide continuous, uninterrupted supervision of clients throughout scheduled sessions.
