Job summary

ABC Pathways in Chicago is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism through ABA therapy. You will work under a BCBA to implement individualized intervention plans and collect data on client behavior during sessions.

The role starts as a part-time caseload (about 20 hours per week) with growth potential to full-time. Strong communication and reliability are essential, and training via Road to Register is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children (childcare, education, or similar fields) is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check required.

Technicians typically start with a part-time caseload of about 20 hours per week, depending on the location, with potential to grow to full-time (40 hours weekly) as opportunities arise. This position calls for a high-level of commitment and dedication to the required training, clients, and our high standards of excellence.
