Qualifications

• Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and team members.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA standards.
• A background in special education or related fields is a plus.

RBT Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement behavioral therapy techniques based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
