Job summary

ABC Pathways is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism through evidence-based ABA therapy. You will implement behavior intervention plans under a BCBA, collect data, and help families achieve goals.

The role emphasizes confidentiality and high standards of care. Typical hours start part-time (≈20 hours/week) with potential to grow to full-time as opportunities arise in the Chicago, IL region.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills are required.

Technicians typically start with a part-time caseload of about 20 hours per week, depending on the location, with potential to grow to full-time (40 hours weekly) as opportunities arise. This position calls for a high-level of commitment and dedication to the required training, clients, and our high standards of excellence.
