Job summary

ABC Pathways, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism and related needs. You will implement plans created by a BCBA, collect data, monitor progress and reinforce positive behaviors while maintaining client confidentiality.

The role offers part-time hours, typically around 20 hours weekly, with potential for more as opportunities arise. Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills, reliability, and experience with children.

Key Responsibilities

Technicians typically start with a part-time caseload of about 20 hours per week, depending on the location, with potential to grow to full-time (40 hours weekly) as opportunities arise. This position calls for a high-level of commitment and dedication to the required training, clients, and our high standards of excellence.
