Job summary
Community Autism Services is seeking a School-Based Behavior Technician to support students on school campuses under BCBA supervision. You will implement ABA strategies, collect data, and collaborate with teachers and clinicians to promote learning and behavioral regulation during the school day.
The full-time, school-day schedule aligns with district hours in Beverly Hills/Culver City, CA. No ABA experience required—training is provided, with bilingual skills or prior ABA experience rewarded in

As a School-Based Behavior Technician, you'll support students in educational settings by implementing ABA strategies under BCBA supervision. You'll work closely with teachers, support staff, and clinical supervisors to promote skill development, behavioral regulation, and meaningful participation in the school day.

Hourly Rate:$21.00-$26.00
Starting pay is based on education, experience, and bilingual skills.Additionalcompensation may be considered for prior ABA experience, RBT certification, or fluency in languages that support the students and families we serve.
- Minimum age of 18
- High School diploma or GED required
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including:
- Lifting and carrying up to 50lbs
- Bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning throughout the school day
- Responding appropriately to challenging behaviors (e.g., aggression, elopement)
- Reliable transportation to assigned school sites
- Valid driver's license and dependable attendance
- Ability to follow behavior plans and classroom routines with consistency
- No prior ABA experience required - we train you
- School or classroom support roles
- Paraprofessional or instructional aide experience
- Childcare or youth programs
- Psychology, education, or human services coursework
- Camp counselor or after-school program experience
- Provide structure without burnout
- Offer real training and supervision-not just shadowing
- Create clear paths into advanced clinical and educational roles

We offer $250 external referral bonuses for Behavior Technician referrals. If your referral is hired and employed with us for 90 days, you get paid.
