Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a School-Based Behavior Technician to support students in school settings with ABA strategies under BCBA supervision. As a School-Based Behavior Technician, you'll support students in educational settings by implementing ABA strategies under BCBA supervision. You'll work closely with teachers, support staff, and clinical supervisors to promote skill development, behavioral regulation, and meaningful participation in the school day.
Success in this role is defined by:
Hourly Rate:$21.00-$26.00
Starting pay is based on education, experience, and bilingual skills.Additionalcompensation may be considered for prior ABA experience, RBT certification, or fluency in languages that support the students and families we serve.
