Job summary

Rush Kids Peditric Thearpy is seeking a Full Time Registered Behavior Technician to join our pediatric team. You will work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing ABA programs under the supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Training is provided.

Come play a part in supporting our pediatric patients as they learn new skills and achieve their goals. This on-site role in Crystal Lake, IL offers a Monday–Friday schedule with some evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• Previous therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA programs under the direction of a BCBA.
• Work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis.
• Collect, record and document data on observable client behavior.
• Communicate progress to parents and team members.
