Job summary

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy in North Aurora, IL seeks a Behavior Technician to join a pediatric team. You will work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing ABA programs under the direction of a BCBA. Training is provided.

Come play a part in supporting our pediatric patients as they learn new skills and achieve their goals. A high school diploma or GED is required, CPR certification is required, and candidates pursuing an RBT or a Master’s in ABA are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• Training provided for ABA implementation.
• Experience with autism and ABA is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA programs 1:1 with children under BCBA supervision.
• Work 1:1 with children in home and center settings.
• Collect and record data on observable client behavior.
• Communicate progress to parents and team.
