Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children with autism, implementing ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA. Training is provided and this is a collaborative pediatric team environment in Chicago.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification.

Responsibilities

• Detail-Oriented: Collect, record and document data based on observable client behavior and communicate to parents and team members regarding a child’s progress.
• Work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, in their home and in our center.
• Implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans directed and supervised by a BCBA.
