Job summary

Total Care ABA is expanding across Tennessee and seeks Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in homes and schools.

You will support children and families, collecting progress data and implementing individualized plans while traveling locally as needed. We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay, and BCBA supervision hours for growth.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required and BACB registry listed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience with children preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect, record, and report data on client progress.
• Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families.

Total Care ABA is a growing ABA therapy provider offering in-home and in-school services for children with autism and related developmental needs. We are expanding across Tennessee and are seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our supportive, mission-driven team.

Our RBTs are the heart of what we do. In this role, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy, support children and families in achieving meaningful goals, and work under the supervision of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-Time: 35–40 hours/week
• Part-Time: 10–20 hours/week
• Flexible shifts available
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience working with children preferred (not required)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
