Job summary

Total Care ABA, a growing provider of ABA therapy in Tennessee, is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver 1:1 therapy to children with autism and related developmental needs. The role involves implementing treatment plans, collecting data on client progress, and supporting the development of vital skills.

Candidates must hold an RBT certification and have a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required, registered on the BACB Registry.
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Preferred prior experience working with children.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect, record, and report data on client progress.
• Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families.

Our RBTs are the heart of what we do. In this role, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy, support children and families in achieving meaningful goals, and work under the supervision of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-Time: 35–40 hours/week
• Part-Time: 10–20 hours/week
• Flexible shifts available
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee

Skills & Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required- Registered on the BACB Registry
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience working with children preferred (not required)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
