Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and in-school settings across Tennessee. You will support children and families under BCBA supervision and contribute to meaningful progress.

We offer flexible full-time and part-time shifts, competitive pay ($18–$26/hour) based on experience, and opportunities for BCBA supervision hours. In-home services across Tennessee require reliable transportation and local travel.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification on the BACB Registry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Prior experience with children preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect, record, and report data on client progress.
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families.

Total Care ABA is a growing ABA therapy provider offering in-home and in-school services for children with autism and related developmental needs. We are expanding across Tennessee and are seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our supportive, mission-driven team.

Our RBTs are the heart of what we do. In this role, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy, support children and families in achieving meaningful goals, and work under the supervision of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-Time: 35–40 hours/week
• Part-Time: 10–20 hours/week
• Flexible shifts available
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee

Skills & Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required- Registered on the BACB Registry
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience working with children preferred (not required)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
