New-Patterns-Aba in Minnesota is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our clinical team. You will deliver one-to-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in home and community settings, collecting data and supporting individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Description:
What to expect:

• We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community-based settings

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA

• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors

• Assist in the development of behavior intervention strategies

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

• Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Qualifications:
What you will bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required);

• Current RBT certification through the BACB (preferred)

• Reliable transportation

• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred)
