Role Description

CBH is seeking certified Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team. We value professionals who are open to feedback, eager to grow, and driven to provide the highest-quality ABA care.

Location: Polk County, FL

Position Type: Flexible, can be Full-Time or Part-Time

Compensation: $23 – $27 per hour, dependent on experience and education

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to individuals ages 2-22 years old with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities across home, school, and community settings
• Implement established treatment goals and behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and maintain accurate behavioral data
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members during supervision and team meetings
• Demonstrate professionalism and reliability by consistently attending scheduled sessions
• Deliver high-quality services while prioritizing compassion, client dignity, and neurodiversity affirming care principles.

Qualifications
