Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized behavioral intervention plans directly in the homes of children with autism. You will work under BCBA supervision and participate in ongoing ABA training.

Regular communication with supervisory staff is required, with weekday and weekend availability and data collection responsibilities. The role supports network growth, with opportunities for advancement and access to exclusive ABA learning and training

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year ABA experience.
• RBT certification or eligibility required.
• BA/BS in related field or pursuing relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans in home settings.
• Participate in ongoing ABA training and supervision.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Work under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Maintain weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data for progress tracking.

What We're Looking For

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
