Job summary

Applied ABC is expanding its provider network and seeks a Behavior Technician to work directly in the homes of children with autism. You will implement individualized ABA plans, collect session data, and participate in ongoing training under a BCBA's supervision.

This position offers weekday and weekend availability and access to exclusive learning opportunities, with competitive pay and strong support from veterans in the ABA field.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience
• BA in related field or pursuing relevant education
• Experience delivering one-to-one ABA interventions

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one ABA intervention plans in home settings.
• Participate in ongoing ABA training and apply techniques.
• Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBA.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA and collect data for sessions.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.

About the Position

• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
