Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to work directly in the homes of children with autism, under the supervision of a BCBA. The role focuses on implementing individualized ABA plans and maintaining thorough data collection while collaborating with supervising staff.

You will participate in ongoing staff training, communicate regularly with supervisors, and ensure availability on both weekdays and weekends, contributing to life-changing therapy in a family-centered setting.

Qualifications

  • 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
  • BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
