Job summary

Children Making Strides in Taunton, MA is seeking dedicated ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician to support children with autism in home, daycare and clinic settings. You will provide ABA therapy services, create engaging learning experiences, and draft progress reports for senior health professionals.

The role emphasizes building communication and social skills, with supervision from BCBA team, ongoing training and a supportive, caring environment. Evening sessions Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field preferred but not required.
• Related experience with ABA and/or young children is a plus.
• Valid driver's license, registered vehicle and active car insurance.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavioral Therapists for children with autism, aged 2-9, in home, daycare and center-based settings. As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician, you will provide ABA therapy services to children, creating engaging and fun learning experiences, and drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.

Physical Requirements

• Maintain close, continuous proximity to clients throughout sessions.
• Respond quickly to elopement attempts and behavioral crises, including physical intervention when necessary.
• Perform prolonged standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and floor-level work.
• Provide continuous, uninterrupted supervision of clients throughout scheduled sessions.
