Children Making Strides is hiring an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism aged 2-9 in home, daycare and clinic settings in Wareham, MA. You will create engaging learning experiences, assess progress, and draft reports for senior health professionals.

We seek patient, empathetic individuals with a passion for helping children grow. A Bachelor's or Associate's in a related field or equivalent ABA experience is preferred; driving and vehicle

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavioral Therapists for children with autism, aged 2-9, in home, daycare and center-based settings. As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician, you will provide ABA therapy services to children, creating engaging and fun learning experiences, and drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.

• Provide ABA therapy services to children at their homes or in our clinic, drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.
• Help children build vital life skills surrounding communication and socialization needs.

• Must have a valid driver's license, a registered vehicle and active car insurance.

Physical Requirements:

• Maintain close, continuous proximity to clients throughout sessions.
• Respond quickly to elopement attempts and behavioral crises, including physical intervention when necessary.
• Perform prolonged standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and floor-level work.
• Provide continuous, uninterrupted supervision of clients throughout scheduled sessions.
