Children Making Strides in Yarmouth, MA seeks an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, daycare and center-based ABA services for children aged 2-9. You will create engaging learning experiences and draft reports to relay progress to senior health professionals.

Session schedule is Thursday and Friday 8:30am-11:30am with a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days. Training from BCBAs, a passionate team, and meaningful family impact await.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, registered vehicle and active car insurance.

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavioral Therapists for children with autism, aged 2-9, in home, daycare and center-based settings. As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician, you will provide ABA therapy services to children, creating engaging and fun learning experiences, and drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.

Physical Requirements

• Maintain close, continuous proximity to clients throughout sessions.
• Respond quickly to elopement attempts and behavioral crises, including physical intervention when necessary.
• Perform prolonged standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and floor-level work.
• Provide continuous, uninterrupted supervision of clients throughout scheduled sessions.
