Job summary

Applied ABC is a clinician-owned ABA therapy agency providing in-home and center-based services for children with autism across the United States. We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who can work under the supervision of a BCBA in clients' homes.

The RBT will implement individualized, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans, participate in ongoing staff training, and maintain regular communication with supervisory staff. Weekday and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience in a clinical setting.
• BA in a related field or current undergrad studying relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans with children.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory BCBA and team.
• Operate under supervision of a BCBA during sessions.
• Provide weekday and weekend availability for sessions.
• Collect therapy session data and document progress.

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
