Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized behavioral plans, collect data, and collaborate with supervisors to ensure high-quality care for children with autism.

The role requires at least 1 year of ABA experience, a BA in a related field or progress toward it, and an active RBT certification. Availability includes Fridays 4pm–7pm and weekends 10am–2pm.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.

What We're Looking For

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
