Job summary

Applied ABC in Massachusetts seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-to-one ABA therapy in children’s homes under BCBA supervision.

Requirements include 1 year of ABA experience, a BA in a related field or current pursuit, and an active RBT certification. Weekday and weekend availability is preferred; training and data collection are part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one ABA intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.

• Collect and document therapy session data.

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
