Job summary

Applied ABC provides home and center-based ABA therapy for children with autism across the United States. We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who can work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

The role involves direct service in children's homes and ongoing staff training on ABA techniques. Applicants should have at least 1 year of ABA experience, a BA in a related field or be pursuing related education, and a valid RBT certification.

• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.

• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
