Job summary

Applied ABC provides home and center-based ABA therapy for children with autism across the United States. We are looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly in the homes of children, under supervision of a BCBA.

This role offers opportunities for hands-on coaching, ongoing staff training, and career advancement within a clinician-owned ABA practice. Responsibilities include implementing one-to-one therapy plans, collecting data, communicating with supervisors, and

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.

What We're Looking For

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
