Our Child Therapy in Spruce Pine, NC, seeks a passionate Behavior Technician to deliver ABA services in client homes and daycare settings. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and educate families to support child development.

Part-time position (15 hours/week) with a schedule Monday through Thursday, 2:00pm–5:30pm, offering practical on-site experience and collaborative team support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Experience with children and strong people skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs regularly.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders preferred, but not required (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with children.
• Collaborate with BCBA and Clinical Director.
• Conduct comprehensive data collection and maintain session reports.
• Implement behavior-based treatment plans.
• Educate parents on classroom support techniques.

Job Description:

We're seeking a passionate, experienced Behavior Technician to join our team! In this role, you'll work closely with children and families, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. You'll play a vital role in implementing behavior-based treatment plans, educating parents, and conducting data collection. Job Type:

Salary: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
