Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Springdale, OH. The role involves delivering one-to-one interventions directly in children’s homes and contributing to progress data collection.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of ABA experience, an active RBT certification, and the ability to work both weekdays and weekends, with strong communication to supervisory staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience.
• Active RBT Certification required.
• Ability to work in home-based therapy settings.
• Strong data collection and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
