Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking aBehavior Technician to work in the homes of children with autism as part of our provider network. This role focuses on delivering one-to-one ABA services under supervision, with weekday and weekend availability.

You will participate in ongoing training, collect session data, and communicate regularly with supervising clinicians. We offer exclusive training opportunities, competitive pay, and career advancement within a clinician-owned organization.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of ABA experience.
• Ability to implement behavioral intervention plans.
• Willingness to participate in staff training.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one ABA intervention plans in home settings.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory BCBA and staff.
• Operate under supervision of a BCBA.
• Maintain weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect and record therapy session data.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
