We are hiring RBTs in Siler City! Daycare Service Location/ Day Hours

What will you do as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)?

• Provide intensive one-on-one therapy to children with ASD
• Implement behavior acquisition and behavior reduction plans
• Conduct stimulus preference assessments
• Collect data
• Maintain the client's program book
• Develop/create teaching materials
• Provide basic care to clients (e.g., toileting, eating)
• Discuss clients' daily progress with parents/caretakers
• Work with BCBA to implement individualized goals and checklists
• Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
• Ensure the well-being of all clients
• Maintain and update professional knowledge through continuing education

Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

• Valid and active RBT credential on the BACB website
• Previous experience working with children; ASD experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Reliable and consistent schedule availability
• Access to reliable transportation
• Physical ability to perform job tasks (e.g., sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, running with children); ability to lift, push, pull up to 40 pounds
