Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) play a vital role in creating meaningful change for
children with Autism. Through play, relationship-building, and behavioral interventions, RBTs
help children develop the skills they need to thrive. As the eyes and ears of the BCBA, RBTs
provide essential insights and carry out treatment plans with precision and care. This partnership
between RBTs and BCBAs ensures every child receives personalized, impactful support while
fostering trust and growth for families on their journey.
Registered Behavior Technician Requirements and Responsibilities:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification (we can help you obtain one).
• Unconditional desire to help kids live their best lives.
• Able to pass a background check as part of the hiring process.
• Willingness to adapt to changing behaviors and environments.
• Must have the physical ability to frequently stand, walk, run, assist patients in standing/
sitting, and reach with hands and arms.
• Requires agility to quickly and repeatedly transition between sitting and standing.
• The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. is essential.
