Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Shallotte, NC is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to support youth with developmental disabilities through in-home and community-based ABA programs.

You will provide 1:1 therapy, implement goals under supervision, and track progress while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to policies. Monday–Friday daytime schedule with salary listed as USD 20.00 - 25.00 per year.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Valid Driver’s License required; reliable transportation and insurance.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• RBTC certification and Bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting.
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
• Provide feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere to Company Policy and Procedures and maintain client confidentiality.
