Job summary

Succeed ABA Arizona is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for afternoon hours to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with Autism ages 1–21. You will receive training and support from a collaborative team, with flexible scheduling for part-time and full-time positions.

Compensation is $20–$28 per hour, with weekly pay and in-person service delivery. Join a patient-focused environment that emphasizes quality care, professional development, and a strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required).
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation (Required).
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required).
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.

Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider, and throughout. We provide primarily in home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21.
