Job summary

Crimson Heights, LLC is seeking compassionate ABA professionals to provide one-on-one behavioral support under BCBA supervision. You will help clients build communication, social, adaptive, and daily-living skills using individualized ABA treatment plans in various settings.

Responsibilities include delivering direct ABA services, implementing plans, collecting data, and reporting progress. Travel between client locations is required, with paid training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background checks and clearances.
• Reliable transportation for travel between client locations.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience supporting people with autism or behavioral needs is valued.

No RBT certification is required to apply. Crimson Heights provides paid training. Candidates without an active RBT credential may begin at a lower rate.
