Job summary

Amaze ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. You will implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision, supporting communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

You will also collect progress data, collaborate with a dedicated clinical team, and participate in ongoing supervision, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to grow in your role.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA or autism preferred.
• Strong communication and data-collection skills required.
• Professional, compassionate, and eager to grow in the field.
