Job summary

Applied ABC provides home and center-based ABA therapy for children with autism across the United States, with in-home sessions in Ohio. We are seeking an RBT who can work under a BCBA supervision to deliver tailored interventions directly in clients' homes.

Position includes weekday evenings 5pm–8pm and weekend availability, with opportunities for training, growth, and advancement in a clinician-owned practice that supports ongoing ABA education and data collection.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.

What We're Looking For

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.

Home case M-F 5pm-8pm, weekend availability available.
