Job summary

Applied ABC is a rapidly growing, clinician-owned ABA therapy agency delivering in-home and in-center services to children with autism across the United States. We are seeking an RBT who will work directly in the homes of children under supervision of a BCBA.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of ABA experience, a BA in a related field (or current pursuit of relevant education) and an active RBT certification. Weekday and weekend availability and strong data collection skills are valued as part of

• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
