Job summary

Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health company, is seeking a Pediatric Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support our Riverview, FL pediatric team. This part-time role offers growth opportunities toward full-time status as the clinic expands, with a focus on autism services and family-centered care.

You will provide direct ABA therapy under supervision, collect data, and collaborate with families and the multi-disciplinary team to achieve individualized goals.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • RBT certification required.
  • Experience with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Pediatric Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Part-Time (Full-Time Growth Opportunity) | Riverview, FL

Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health company, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our pediatric team in Riverview, Florida. At Great Strides Rehabilitation, you'll work in a collaborative pediatric environment serving children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental needs. Our team is dedicated to delivering evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services that help children develop communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills while creating positive experiences for both patients and families.

Your Role
  • Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to children in accordance with individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategies developed by the supervising BCBA.
  • Collect, document, and maintain accurate therapy session data to support treatment progress.
  • Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA regarding patient progress, challenges, and observations.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote consistency and skill generalization across environments.
  • Support the achievement of individualized treatment goals through engaging and compassionate therapy sessions.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and company standards.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered clinical culture.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services.
  • Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
  • Opportunity to transition into a full-time position as clinic needs grow.
