Job summary

Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health company, is seeking a Pediatric Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support our Riverview, FL pediatric team. This part-time role offers growth opportunities toward full-time status as the clinic expands, with a focus on autism services and family-centered care.

You will provide direct ABA therapy under supervision, collect data, and collaborate with families and the multi-disciplinary team to achieve individualized goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to children.
• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategies.
• Collect, document, and maintain accurate therapy session data.
• Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA regarding patient progress.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote consistency and skill generalization.
