Job summary

Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health company, seeks a Pediatric Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Riverview, Florida team. We provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children, following BCBA plans, in a collaborative pediatric setting focused on meaningful progress for children and families.

You will collect data, communicate with the BCBA, and coordinate with families to promote skill generalization.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Active RBT certification required.
  • Experience with children with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to children in accordance with individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategies developed by the supervising BCBA.
  • Collect, document, and maintain accurate therapy session data to support treatment progress.
  • Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA regarding patient progress, challenges, and observations.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote consistency and skill generalization across environments.
  • Support the achievement of individualized treatment goals through engaging and compassionate therapy sessions.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and company standards.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered clinical culture.

Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health company, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our pediatric team in Riverview, Florida. At Great Strides Rehabilitation, you'll work in a collaborative pediatric environment serving children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental needs. Our team is dedicated to delivering evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services that help children develop communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills while creating positive experiences for both patients and families.


Your Role

Requirements

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
