Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (option to complete the 40 hour training after hire if you don't have current RBT certification)
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field preferred
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disorders
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the lives of clients
• Ability to adapt to different environments (home and clinic) and client needs

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques and interventions as directed by BCBAs.

Position Summary: As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in delivering direct therapeutic services to clients in both home and clinic settings. You will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans and support clients in achieving their goals.
