Pay Range

Base pay range

$22.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Already Autism Health, doing business as Commonwealth ABA, is a network of BCBAs, Psychologists, and RBTs dedicated to transforming the ABA industry by improving access to care for communities and creating meaningful opportunities for team members. We seek a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. This position offers a Monday-Friday schedule and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan. Weekly Billing Bonus Opportunities Available!

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to clients in a clinical setting.
• Teach self-help, communication, and social skills to clients with autism across the lifespan in 1:1 and group settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans to reduce maladaptive behaviors.
• Electronically collect data on treatment goals.
• Provide daily progress notes on treatment goals.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, families, and coworkers, both verbally and in writing.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops as assigned to enhance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing physical activity.
• Must reside in Virginia.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: RBT Certification, experience in ABA, speech and hearing services, or related fields (others considered case-by-case).
• Ability to accept feedback and develop skills.
• Effective time management and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professional relationships.
• Adherence to organizational policies and BACB ethics.
• Commitment to client confidentiality and HIPAA laws.
• Willingness to pursue ongoing training and development.
