We are looking for individuals who are Registered Behavior Technicians or Behaviorally Trained Staff members for the Newton, MA and Westwood, MA areas, willing to work weekday afternoons and weekends.

Our team is committed to enhancing independence, maximizing capabilities, and promoting community inclusion by assisting with housing, socialization, learning, employment, and recreational activities.

We are a small non-profit organization working in homes and communities with individuals of varying disabilities. We turn "impossible" into "possible" through services like teaching employment skills, providing respite care, and mentorship for individuals aged 3 to 65 years.

Ideal Candidate

A passionate, motivated, and self-initiating team member dedicated to providing quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Pay is based on education and experience; RBT certification is a plus. Opportunities for advancement and supervision hours are available.

Schedule & Responsibilities

• Assist with skill building of ADLs and IADLs
• Provide in-home direct care for individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Engage in community-based skill building activities
• Offer respite care to guardians
• Maintain professional relationships with families and positive rapport with individuals
• Drive clients as needed
