Base pay range

$23.00/hr - $30.00/hr

About the role

Are you compassionate, caring, and creative? Do you love working with children? Strive ABA Therapy is looking to hire Behavior Technicians (R/BTs) to provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the R/BT implements treatment plans to address behavioral, social, daily living, and community skills.
