Ampersand Therapy LLC is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for a school-based, in-person role in Newton, North Carolina. You will deliver direct one-on-one behavioral interventions under supervision, supporting students with high-needs needs.

Must hold a BACB RBT certification and be available for 0.8 FTE or more with benefits after a waiting period. Competitive pay up to $30/hour with W-2 employment, liability insurance, health benefits, and 401(k) matching.

Responsibilities
